Mrs. Gloria Chiamaka Nwoko
Mrs. Gloria Chiamaka Nwoko is the Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Chyglosco Homes Limited, a Nigerian real estate consulting and investment firm committed to providing seamless housing and property investment solutions for clients within Nigeria and the diaspora. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, and a Master's Degree in Linguistics from the University of Port Harcourt. Before establishing Chyglosco Homes Limited in 2023, she gained valuable experience in real estate business management, office administration, property and facility management, investment consultancy, and advisory services. Driven by a passion for helping individuals and investors acquire genuine and profitable properties, Mrs. Nwoko founded Chyglosco Homes with a vision of raising successful real estate investors and creating sustainable wealth through property ownership and investment. Under her leadership, the company has assisted hundreds of investors in acquiring strategic real estate assets while maintaining a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and client-focused service. Her commitment to excellence and impact within the real estate industry earned her recognition as the 2024 DMOMA Awards Realtor of the Year (Female).
